About Your Order:

》What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of $20 or more are free in Australia. For orders less than $20, we deliver  for $8.50.

》How long will my order take to arrive?

Depends on which shipping you’ve selected and where you live. The shipping estimates shown on the checkout page will give you an idea of when you should expect your DU’IT products:

  • Australian Domestic : Typically 1-2 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.
  • New Zealand : Typically 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.
  • All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, international orders may take up to four weeks.

》Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed.  Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately.  We’ll do our best to help, however our warehouse may have already sent it out.

Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it’s yours.

》What about refunds and returns?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges, however in the case of damaged goods, please contact our Customer Care team via email or phone and we will explain the process to you.

》If an item is out of stock, is it gone forever?

No, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. You can contact our Customer Care team to find out when it will be available again.

》How can I pay?

Please place your online order via the DU’IT Website duit.com.au. You can pay for your purchase via the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay
  • Alipay

If you’re using a credit card, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.

》Is GST included in my order?

Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.

 

Afterpay:

》What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an alternative payment method service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal (interest-free!) instalments, made every 2 weeks.

》How do I use Afterpay?

Just shop duit.com.au and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account! Then follow the steps to complete your order — it’s that easy! Usually, the first instalment is paid at checkout, and the remaining 3 are made every 2 weeks (but don’t worry, DU’IT will still ship out once your order is complete and processed!). Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. You must me 18 years or older to create an Afterpay account.

》Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

There are no fees associated with the account as long as instalments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order approval). If you are overdue on a payment, Afterpay automatically applies a grace period (usually 10 days unless otherwise noted) without you having to do anything. Late fees are incurred if payment is not made within the disclosed grace period time frame.

》Is Afterpay available for international customers?

At this time, Afterpay is only available for customers who have an Australian billing addresses, an Australian Visa or Mastercard, and an Australian phone number. Unfortunately, customers with international billing information will not be able to set up an Afterpay account.

》Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges, however in the case of damaged goods, please contact our Customer Care team via email or phone and we will explain the process to you.

》What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.

》What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed.  Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately.  We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped.
